We are seeking candidates for Shipping & Receiving Associate roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity ranges between $26.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!
What a Shipping & Receiving Associate will do:

What a Shipping & Receiving Associate will do:
- Responsible for all shipping/receiving of raw materials in a manufacturing setting
- Operate forklift to unload and load, along with transferring materials internally
- Compare/identify information and counts on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Verify information against bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, or other records
- Use the ERP system to receive and establish bin locations
- Unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments and report defective materials to the proper personnel
- Follow written and oral instructions
- Adapt to a changing work environment and competing demands and be able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
- Responsible for 5S and cleanliness of designated work areas daily
- Assist in Quality Control and Quality Inspection as necessary
- Participate in training for programming and operation of equipment
- Assist in Production activities as needed, including but not limited to operating fabrication machines
- Assist in backup role of driving the delivery truck if needed
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and within a team-based environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Ability to drive a forklift or willing to be trained
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds
- 3 years minimum of forklift experience required
- 3 years experience in a manufacturing or production setting preferred #WEjobhunt
