What a Shipping and Receiving Worker will do:

What a Shipping and Receiving Worker will do:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials within the facility
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Communicate effectively with team members and external vendors
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Shop math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy objects
