What you’ll do as a Senior Maintenance Tech:
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair work
- Inspect facilities and maintain building systems
- Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate tasks
- Recruit, train, and supervise technicians and tradesmen
- Develop and manage maintenance budget
- Monitor inventory and coordinate projects
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Proven experience in a maintenance role
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Budgeting and performance management skills
- Excellent planning, leadership, and communication abilities
- High school diploma; vocational degree preferred
- Professional certifications (e.g., CMRP, HVAC) preferred
