Job Description
Step into a rewarding manufacturing environment where your skills and passion will be heard! We are hiring a Senior HR Generalist in Faribault, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, onboarding, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with manufacturing managers and be actively involved in strategic HR projects. This is completely on-site with a starting salary between $85,000-$95,000 per year, including a competitive benefits package. Interested? Read below for more information!

What you'll do as the Senior HR Generalist:
- Develop and lead HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee complex employee relations issues and provide resolution
- Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructures and realignment
- Partner with senior leadership to create policies that promote a positive workplace culture
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for HR department needs
- Implement and oversee HR metrics to assess and improve processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is desired
- 3+ years' of manufacturing HR experience
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft platforms
- Knowledge of processes, benefits, and payroll
