Looking for a fun new job fast? Immediate openings on 1st shift in Detroit Lakes! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading print production company in Detroit Lakes, MN. We are seeking candidates for Screen Print Machine Operators on a variety of shifts. Compensation for this role ranges from $15-$17 per hour depending on shift and experience.

What you will do as a Screen Print Machine Operator:
- Access order specifications through computer programs
- Maintain acceptable standard of quality per garment
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Organize workflow
- Unload shirts from platen
- Analyze orders to identify design and determine ink colors
- Verify quality of clothing and ink design or thread/fabric color
- Change screens and ink for specific orders
What you need to become a Screen Print Machine Operator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent desirable, but not required
- Basic tablet or computer skills preferred
- Ability to work well in a team
- Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day, with breaks, and with or without reasonable accommodations
- Previous production experience preferred, but not required
