Screen Print Operator Job Summary
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and Trainer, this position is responsible for transferring a design onto garments using a screenprint or embroidery machine. As a Screen Print Operator, you will be responsible for processing orders by preparing garments, programming the machine for the design, and making quality adjustments as necessary, as well as helping to analyze orders to identify design and determine ink colors or threads.

As a Screen Print Operator, you will be responsible for processing orders by preparing garments, programming the machine for the design, and making quality adjustments as necessary, as well as helping to analyze orders to identify design and determine ink colors or threads.
What a Screen Print Operator will do:
- Access order specifications through computer programs
- Maintain an acceptable standard of quality per garment
- Keep the work area clean and orderly
- Organize workflow
- Identify problems and work to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance with OSHA standards
- Unload shirts from platen
- Analyze orders to identify design and determine ink colors
- Verify the quality of clothing and ink design or thread/fabric color
- Change screens and ink for specific orders
- High school education desirable, but not required
- Tablet or computer experience is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Must be reliable, responsible, and take direction well
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Previous production experience preferred, but not required #WorkNow
