What a Screen Print Operator will do:
What a Screen Print Operator will do:
- Access order specifications through computer programs
- Maintain acceptable standard of quality per garment
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Organize workflow
- Identify problems and works to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance with OSHA standards
- Unload shirts from platen
- Analyze orders to identify design and determine ink colors
- Verify quality of clothing and ink design or thread/fabric color
- Change screens and ink for specific orders
- High school education desirable, but not required
- Tablet or computer experience is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours
- Ability to be stand for 8-10 hours a day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Previous production experience preferred, but not required
