Scheduler - Administrative Assistant - Short-term Assignment!
Job Description
What you will do as an Administrative Assistant:
- Work with members/prospects in person, over the phone, and through email to identify their needs and transfer to appropriate team or team members
- Greet members/prospects and if applicable verify PHI and other pertinent information prior to notifying appropriate team or team member of their arrival
- Ensure full customer satisfaction and maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor
- Ensure signs are on the door and updated for office holiday closings, agency meetings, etc.
- Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
- Maintain a log for any maintenance services done in the office
- Handle mail based on the needs of the office location
- Record customer interactions and data by documenting notes appropriately
- Schedule appointments for members
- Update database with returned or undeliverable mail
- Ensure confidentially and control access to sensitive information
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate screens
