Job Description

What you will do as a Sanitation Lead:
What you will do as a Sanitation Lead:
- Oversee staff on shifts to ensure live haul equipment is thoroughly washed, trailers are processed through bio dri, and meet safety, quality, and bio-security standards within set deadlines.
- Direct and optimize shift operations to meet efficiency, quality, biosecurity, and safety goals
- Assist in managing, scheduling, and prioritizing trailer washing and staffing
- Train and coach new and current employees
- Report any issues with quality, processes, equipment, materials, or labor
- Handle necessary business or regulatory documentation
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks like yard work, laundry, and restocking supplies
- Conduct light maintenance on facilities, equipment, or trailers, and report any problems
- Communicate with team to maintain quality, safety, biosecurity, and meet deadlines
- Properly panel and chip trailers according to SOP and transportation guidelines
- 6+ months of related experience
