What an Operator will do:
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition by performing daily organization and cleanup of the work area
- Participate in continuous process improvement
- Recommend changes to and participate in the review of manufacturing procedures
- Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to your team lead or supervisor
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
- Perform rework on products per documented instructions and/or ECO or deviation documents
- Assemble PC boards on the hand pass line as a team member and/or assemble product alone using process documents and drawings
- Perform secondary operations per customer drawings and/or process documentation
- 2+ years of experience soldering SMT and through-hole components on rigid and flexible PCBs
- Experience programming and running SMT pick and place machines
- IPC-610 Class 2 knowledge, being certified is helpful
- Quality inspection and rework experience
- Knowledge of soldering paste, electrical components, and technical fundamentals
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and identify packing specifications
- Ability to read, speak, and write fluent English
