What you will do as a Retail Sales Associate:

- Demonstrate extraordinary service standards and sales skills
- Deliver helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly service in person and by other means, such as phone or mobile devices
- Assist customers with finding merchandise in the store and online, and go above and beyond to create an exceptional shopping experience; recommend products that satisfy their needs and maximize store sales
- Assist customers with orders, exchanges, warranty, and returns
- Utilize the POS system for sales transactions
- Provide accurate and current information about products; seek information and follow up with customers, responding to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service
- Operate a cash register, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers
- Rotate product seasonally, assist with product and visual merchandising in-store to drive sales and create an exceptional and consistent customer experience with the brand
- Maintain store security, including building, and cash handling
- Receive, tag, fold, and put away products in an organized fashion
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment
- Passion for customer service with excellent sales and customer service skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Willingness to take ownership of challenges and possess the ability to solve problems through creative thinking
- Ability to guide multi-levels throughout the internal organization and external customer base
- Must be a cheerful, energetic, and confident individual with dependability, diligence, and a positive attitude
