Job Description
Are you experienced with facility expansions? Targeting a Quality Manager near Centerville, MN to be part of the medical and contract manufacturing environment. This is fully onsite with a salary range between $135K–$150K + 10% bonus. In this role, you’ll lead the company’s quality system, oversee daily inspection activities, and ensure processes meet both regulatory and customer standards. You'll use audit data and quality metrics to drive improvements, while partnering with production and business teams to support growth.

- Represent the company in audits, customer quality meetings, and supplier interactions
- Maintains current regulations and standards
- Play a critical role in production transfer planning to a second facility, including validation protocol development
- Support ongoing quality inspections and ensure timely customer notifications regarding product or process changes
- Drive continuous improvement in a highly regulated, precision manufacturing environment
- Lead and manage Quality Management System (QMS) processes:
- CAPA
- Internal and external auditing
- Training programs
- Supplier quality
- Document and change control
Quality Manager Key Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a medical industry with backgrounds supporting CNC machining
- Demonstrated working knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards
- Comprehension with a quality management system, measuring techniques, tools, and equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft platforms, including Excel and familiar with ERP systems
- Willing to be hands-on, present on the production floor, and act as a bridge between quality and operations
