Quality Manager
Job Description
What you will do:
- Represent the company in audits, customer quality meetings, and supplier interactions
- Maintains current regulations and standards
- Play a critical role in production transfer planning to a second facility, including validation protocol development
- Support ongoing quality inspections and ensure timely customer notifications regarding product or process changes
- Drive continuous improvement in a highly regulated, precision manufacturing environment
- Lead and manage Quality Management System (QMS) processes:
- CAPA
- Internal and external auditing
- Training programs
- Supplier quality
- Document and change control
Quality Manager Key Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a medical industry with backgrounds supporting CNC machining
- Demonstrated working knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards
- Comprehension with a quality management system, measuring techniques, tools, and equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft platforms, including Excel and familiar with ERP systems
- Willing to be hands-on, present on the production floor, and act as a bridge between quality and operations
