What you will do as a Quality Manager:
What you will do as a Quality Manager:
- Develop and maintain quality, regulatory, technical services, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) plans to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for the quality and technical services teams
- Set and manage goals, policies, and procedures for the department
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure continuous product supply and support new product launches
- Establish quality requirements with Supply Chain for external suppliers
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation
- Promote quality and performance improvement across the organization
- Coordinate with customer auditors and manage corrective actions to meet customer specifications
- Monitor departmental performance through data analysis, statistical reports, and audits
- Ensure clarity, execution, and evaluation of tests and procedures; assess and propose product modifications if needed
- Write technical and management reports
- Maintain budgetary awareness and manage profitability aspects
- Evaluate product specifications and ensure they meet customer demands
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work with individuals from all levels of the organization
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail and dedication to quality
- Problem analysis and problem-resolution skills
- Must be computer literate, especially strong at database management and Microsoft suite
- Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
