We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for Quality Inspector roles on the 1st shift, 6:00 am-6:30 pm, Friday through Sunday. What you will do as the Quality Inspector:
- Inspect incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet purchase order requirements
- Perform first article inspections to verify manufacturing processes
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of machined parts to ensure compliance with specifications
- Use measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, gauges, CMMs, and optical measuring devices
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment
- Record inspection results in the internal system (MES)
- Interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation (including GD&T)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety and quality standards (OSHA, ISO 9001, AS9100)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing
- Perform light data entry and work with Microsoft Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
