Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Develop an understanding of coatings technology under supervision.
- Compile and analyze test results.
- Set up and conduct experiments using standard paint test procedures and chemical techniques.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of solids, liquids, and gases, documenting all results.
- Maintain a safe work environment through active participation in safety programs and audits.
- Prepare paint batches based on standardized or experimental formulas.
- Conduct routine maintenance and upkeep of laboratory equipment and workspaces.
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Previous quality control experience.
- Knowledge or experience in the paint, coatings, or chemical industry.
