We are seeking candidates for Program Specialist roles on the 1st shift, working 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Compensation for these contract opportunities is $18.00-$20.00 per hour. Interested? What a Program Specialist will do:

What a Program Specialist will do:
- Responsible for answering both inbound and outbound calls (both member and club), handling live chats, calls, courtesy calls, and member complaints
- Sell the incentive programs to other clubs while building relationships
- Follow up and provide feedback to clubs while properly documenting all inquiries and questions
- Responsible for NIHCA club informational packets, promotional material, and quarterly newsletters
- Provide clubs with service information (emailing, online chats, faxing, scanning, and mailing)
- Resolve complaints and answer questions from clubs and members regarding services and procedures
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the reimbursement program
- Keep contacts, binders, and folders updated
- Respond to emails and calls quickly and efficiently
- Some schooling preferred
- Multi-tasking skills
- Coachable and positive attitude
- Highly proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Publisher
- Computer literacy and ability to learn software applications
- Able to type 30 words per minute
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
