Job Description

We are seeking candidates for Production Worker roles on a variety of shifts. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities starts at $21.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. What you will do as a Production Worker:

What you will do as a Production Worker:
- Assemble products using hand and power tools such as torches, grinders, plasma torches, drills, and other shop equipment
- Manage inventory and upcoming shipments
- Use a computer system for tracking, creating, and coordinating shipments
- Perform basic maintenance on MIG and TIG welding machines
- Weld assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Responsible for the basic maintenance and care of equipment and tools
- Change gas bottles as required
- Previous experience operating a forklift
- Knowledge and understanding of basic maintenance on MIG and TIG welding machines
- Strong mechanical ability and knowledge of hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measure, calipers, and micrometers
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #worknow
