What you’ll do as a Production Worker:
- Use a microscope to Inspect and process parts
- Work with a high degree of accuracy and close tolerance inspection
- Read, comprehend, and perform duties as outlined in work instructions
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding part quality
- Follow standard safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements
What you need to be a Production Worker:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding preferred
- Technical aptitude
- Clean room component or device-level manufacturing experience
- Ability to learn and use a microscope
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English
- Regular attendance is critical
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #WorkNow
