What a Production Worker will do:

What a Production Worker will do:
- Accurately measure and cut rope materials according to production requirements
- Read and follow work instructions, including measurements and specifications
- Handle materials safely, including lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety guidelines and quality control processes
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed
- Ability to read and understand English instructions and measurements
- Basic math skills, including working with rulers and standard measurements
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Interest in learning new skills; sewing experience is a plus but not required
- Dependable and motivated to grow with an expanding business
