Job Description

We are seeking candidates for Production Worker roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $18.50-$20.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? What you will do as a Production Worker:

What you will do as a Production Worker:
- Position parts or materials for processing
- Care for machines, add coolant, and lubricate machine parts
- Remove foreign material from items on conveyor belts
- Report labor transactions and job information accurately
- Control material costs, labor, and overhead costs
- Work efficiently with colleagues to minimize energy and material waste
- Meet quality expectations while meeting schedule requirements
- Assist other production workers as needed
- Knowledge of 5S Lean practices
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to sit; use hands; reach with hands and arm; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to use practical problem-solving skills and work with colleagues to accomplish objectives
- Must keep work area clean and organized
- Consistent and reliable attendance required
