We are seeking candidates for Production Team Lead positions on the 2nd shift. 2nd shift hours are 3:45 pm- 2:00 am, Monday-Thursday. Dianne’s product line includes cheesecakes, layer cakes, pies and tarts, brownies/bars, and individual minis and specialty desserts.
What you will do as a Production Team Lead:

What you will do as a Production Team Lead:
- Coordinate department activities within a production area to ensure department and company production is met in a timely manner
- Maintain tracking of daily KPIs and communicate progress to the team
- Promptly communicate any potential outages or shortcomings to Supervisor
- Support autonomous maintenance through use of CID and CL standards
- Ensure all required departmental checks are performed
- Ensure machine operator hand-off sheets are fully completed
- Properly track and record downtime
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and Investigations including Safety Incidents, Production Downtime, Food Safety/Quality, and Food Waste issues
- Provide feedback for the creation of work procedures as they pertain to Safety, Quality, and Productivity
- Complete daily production records and reports
- Ensure the correct inventory of supplies is present for the required jobs to be performed
- Participate in the GFSI/FSSC22000 yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of previous manufacturing-related experience, preferably in food production
- Bilingual in Spanish or Somali (speaking/writing/reading)
- Ability to operate and assemble production equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule #NEjobhunt
