We are seeking candidates for Production Support Associate roles on the night shift. What you will do as the Production Support Associate:

What you will do as the Production Support Associate:
- Set up and run drill, finishing, and auto-saw machines efficiently and safely
- Ensure proper deburring with no burrs in product and no nylon residue
- Measure and adjust angle cuts
- Determine, utilize, and suggest new or existing blade kerf for jobs with the goal being cut quality and minimal chip load
- Inspect product for proper quality according to customer specifications
- Identify patterns in finish and adjust the machine setup to eliminate the patterns
- Perform general machine maintenance as necessary including changing saw blades, deburring brushes, etc.
- Make appropriate process improvements to safety, rates, yield, and inspection techniques
- Keep work area clean and orderly using 6S system
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful
- Ability to read blueprints
- Basic computer knowledge and math skills #WorkNow
