What the Production Support Analyst will do:
What the Production Support Analyst will do:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper packing, labeling, and scheduling
- Manage inventory levels, conduct audits, and update records
- Communicate with suppliers and carriers to coordinate deliveries and pickups
- Generate shipping documents and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and order accuracy
- Resolve issues that arise during shipping and receiving, such as delays or damaged goods
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and familiarity with power tools
