What you'll do as the Production Supervisor:
- Oversee production processes to achieve optimal output and efficiency
- Train, schedule, and develop production employees
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions
- Coordinate and communicate between shifts of necessary changes
- Manage departmental costs and resources effectively
- 2+ years of strong leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing or food industries
Preferred skills:
- Aseptic processing experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and multi-task
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
