What you'll do as the Production Supervisor:

- Oversee production processes to achieve optimal output and efficiency
- Train, schedule, and develop a team of production employees
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage departmental costs and resources effectively
- Maintain clear communication with team members and management
- Ensure product quality and adherence to good manufacturing practices
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-speed filling food manufacturing environment
- Aseptic processing experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and multi-task
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
