What a Production Specialist will do:

What a Production Specialist will do:
- Read and follow route sheets to ensure proper production workflow
- Interpret and apply instructions from blueprints within the route sheets
- Apply adhesives and sealants to parts using appropriate tools and techniques
- Load panels through conveyor machines
- Inspect and review work to ensure compliance with IPC standards
- Use internal systems to move and update work orders
- Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Crosstrain in additional skills to support various production areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Prior experience in printed circuit board manufacturing is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working with chemicals and fumes
- Ability to read and follow detailed customer and IPC specifications
- Capable of repetitive hand movements and fine detail work
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to support business needs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency to input and manage data #NEjobhunt
