What you will do as a Production Quality Control Leader:

What you will do as a Production Quality Control Leader:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met
- Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Train and support production team members on best practices, including Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
- Document and update production processes, including writing and maintaining SOPs
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and waste
- Collaborate across departments to communicate updates, share feedback, and ensure smooth workflows
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word) for reporting, scheduling, and process documentation
- Identify areas for process improvement and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in manufacturing or quality are a plus
- 1+ year of experience in a production or quality control role
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S methodology
- Strong time management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills
- Demonstrated reliability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team
- Willingness to work across various areas of production as needed
