Job Description
Looking for a new manufacturing job near Maple Lake, MN? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Maple Lake, MN. We are seeking candidates for a Production Operator position on the second shift. This role will work from 3:45 p.m. to 1:45 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Compensation for this contract role is $19.00 per hour.

What you'll do as the Production Operator:
- Operate molding equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments used to trim plastic products
- Work as a team or individually, place and fill molds with plastic product
- Remove the completed plastic component from mold for trimming
- Trim components as needed
- Assemble quality final finished product
- Operate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments used in plant operations
- Meet/exceed product quality for finished products
- Willingness to perform heavy lifting and working in cramped quarters
- Must be able to read and understand manuals
- Ability to understand written or verbal directions in English
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #WorkNow
