We are seeking candidates for a Production Manager role located near Columbus, OH. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $130K-$140K per year with an annual bonus. What you’ll do as a Production Manager:
What you’ll do as a Production Manager:
- Oversee production processes to achieve optimal output and cost-effectiveness
- Train, schedule, and develop a team of four production employees
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage ingredient usage and other departmental costs
- Maintain clear communication with team members and management
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience within the dairy or beverage industries
- Experience with Tetra Pak equipment and aseptic processing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills specifically for startup companies
- Ability to prioritize projects, work independently, and multi-task
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and excels under pressure
