Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Lead to join our team! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading plastic manufacturer located in Scandia, MN. We are seeking candidates for Shift Lead roles on the 2nd Shift. The hours for this position are 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $20.00-$22.00 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information!

What you’ll do as a Production Lead:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during assignment
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
