Job Description
Take your career to the next level with this role in Production! Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking candidates for Production Kitter roles at our client company located in Delano, MN. Hours for this position are 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity for overtime. Compensation for this temp-to-hire opportunities is $13.00 per hour. Interested? What a Production Kitter will do:
What a Production Kitter will do:
- Package all parts in a way that prohibits damage
- Ensure package label and part label are the same
- Inspect parts for quality defects
- Ensure that hardware packages and other kitted items are part of a clean and on-time shipment for every order
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodation
- Flexible with hours (may need to come in early or stay late)
- Ability to work well as a team and willingness to work in close proximity to others
