What You’ll Do:
Doherty is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Bloomington, MN to hire Production Equipment Technicians for direct-hire opportunities! Join a collaborative team where your mechanical skills and troubleshooting expertise will help keep high-speed production equipment running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up, maintain, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs
- Coach and mentor junior technicians
- Analyze and resolve mechanical issues independently
- Support safety procedures, including Lock Out/Tag Out
- Collaborate with the team to identify quality issues and implement improvements
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting automated or production equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety procedures
- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
- Prior experience in manufacturing or food production environments is highly preferred
