What a Production Associate will do:
- Set raw material totes for proper off loading and hang finished product totes for proper filling
- Operate valve packer and properly stack bags on pallets
- Receive and return raw materials from warehouse and move finished product into warehouse
- Aid in the procedural cleanout of equipment and other systems
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper use of the barcoding system
- Document actions by completing production and quality forms
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Act as an alternate for all Packer I and II positions
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Forklift experience required
- Comprehension of written and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills for inventory control
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Ability to exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
