We are seeking candidates for Production Assembler roles to work on the 1st and 2nd shifts. Compensation for these contract roles is $15.00-$18.00 per hour. Interested? What a Production Assembler will do:
- Perform repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce overhead garage doors
- Assemble garage door components together, including pans, styles, insulation, seals, windows, etc.
- Assemble all components by hand, using hand tools or portable air tools
- Tend machines, including toggle-locks, window machines, foam conveyers, thermal presses, banding machines, and CR door presses
- May work at different workstations as production requires
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of experience in production setting preferred
- Ability to lift 70 pounds frequently, 130 pounds (assisted) occasionally
- Proficiency with air drills
