What a Production Assembler will do:
- Perform several basic and routine electronic/mechanical assembly operations on components or subassemblies
- Utilize visual aids, and verbal and written instructions to assemble, modify, rework, or reassemble units
- Utilize soldering, cable connectors, and wire harness techniques
- Use tools such as drills, soldering irons, screwdrivers, precision measuring instruments, and other hand-held tools.
- Responsible for performing routine tests to ensure production quality standards are met
What you need to be a Production Assembler:
- Previous assembly experience or hobbies with fine motor skills
- Ability to sit for 9.5 hours at a time, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be comfortable using a microscope for the assembly
