Job Description
Join our operations team as a Process Technician near Rockville MN. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting production systems and utilities through active troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and operational excellence. You’ll be a key player in keeping our production lines efficient, compliant, and running smoothly. This is a day or night shift role paying between $23-$24.50/hr.

- Operate, monitor, and maintain beverage processing equipment including pasteurizers, RO water systems, and warmers.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on valves, pumps, meters, and other systems.
- Support wastewater and water treatment operations in compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or automation issues impacting product flow or quality.
- Maintain accurate logs of machine performance, maintenance tasks, and chemical usage.
- Assist production, batching, and quality control teams with technical support as needed.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, efficiency, and quality.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting.
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office).
- 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with pasteurization, RO systems, or wastewater equipment.
- Forklift certification.
- Electrical or PLC knowledge a plus.
