Job Description
Seeking a new opportunity in the Clearbrook area? Look no further! Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading supplier in the food production industry located in Clearbrook, MN. We are seeking candidates for Process Operator roles to work on the 2nd shift, from 3:00pm-11:30pm. Compensation for these opportunities is $18.07 per hour. Interested? Get more details below! What you’ll do as a Process Operator:
- Set up, operate, monitor, regulate and adjust equipment to meet product requirements and achieve Safety, Quality, Value, Cost (S,Q,V,C) results
- Troubleshoot and operate manufacturing equipment to identify root causes of problems
- Pay close attention to detail and alert supervision if numbers fall outside expected quality ranges
- Convey shift information and knowledge regarding the daily production, process, and equipment
- Deliver quality results, on spec and on time
- Assure availability of required materials and supplies
- Monitor equipment settings and makes required adjustments to product specifications
- Continually monitor all KPIs
- Perform routine quality checks and adjusts to meet set specifications
- Create clear, accurate, and timely documentation
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment with frequent, effective, and quick communication
- Ability to follow safety rules and operational procedures
- Complies with all internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations
