We are seeking candidates for Press Operator roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these opportunities ranges between $20.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? What a Press Operator will do:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain printing presses
  • Monitor the printing process to maintain print quality and consistency
  • Ensure that the final print meets quality standards and client specifications
  • Collaborate with other team members
  • Abide by all OSHA regulations and other established company safety policies
What you need to be a Press Operator:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience operating a web press is preferred (Goss or DGM)
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
