Shift: Days, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday-Wednesday
We’re seeking a motivated Predictive Maintenance Mechanic to join a thriving production facility specializing in food manufacturing. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations through equipment maintenance, repair, and process improvements.

About the Role:
In this role, you'll contribute to our mission of continuous improvement by diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, participating in preventive maintenance programs, and supporting facility upgrades. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to maintenance responsibilities and a commitment to meeting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Address equipment breakdowns with urgency while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform installations, startups, and upgrades for facility machinery.
- Read and interpret diagrams, operation manuals, and equipment specifications.
- Apply knowledge of mechanical components, including belts, chains, bearings, and lubrication systems.
- Diagnose and repair power transmission equipment, gearboxes, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for scheduling and documenting work.
- Ensure compliance with safety and food quality standards, including GMPs and sanitary practices.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- 1+ years of experience in industrial operations, plant maintenance, or a related field.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to utilize hand and power tools effectively.
- Familiarity with safety protocols like LOTO and OSHA standards (preferred).
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
