We’re seeking candidates for Machine Operators on 2nd shift. The hours for this position are 4:20pm-2:50am, Monday-Thursday. Compensation for this position is $20.03 per hour. Interested? What a Machine Operator will do at Polaris:
- Operate equipment and is responsible for the proper use of machines, tooling, and inspection equipment
- Maintain production rate in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality assigned to the job
- Ensure all production process documentation is completed and accurate
- Complete secondary operations such as deburring, assembling, and washing parts during the machine cycle time per the print and machining process
What you need to be a Machine Operator at Polaris:
- High School education or GED completion required
- 6+ months of previous machine operation experience
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
- Must be able to perform basic-level math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
