Are you seeking a new opportunity in the Little Falls area? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading pet food production company located in Little Falls, MN. We are seeking candidates for Petfood Production Associates on all shifts. Compensation for these opportunities ranges between $15.75-$25.00 per hour, depending on shift and experience. Interested? What you’ll do as a Pet Food Production Associate:

What you’ll do as a Pet Food Production Associate:
- Operate packaging machines and stack finished product
- Load machines with raw product
- Work with a team to ensure the product is packaged in an efficient, timely, quality manner
- Complete the setup and cleanup of the packaging area between packaging productions
- Check lot codes and use metal detection to ensure product quality standards are met
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
- Good attendance
- Forklift experience preferred but not required, training provided #worknow
