If you are detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills, and are experienced with Dayforce or Ceridian software, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payroll for employees using Dayforce Ceridian payroll software.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions, including deductions, garnishments, benefits, and taxes.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.
- Handle payroll discrepancies, resolve issues, and provide payroll-related support to employees.
- Assist with year-end payroll processes including W-2s and 1099s.
- Stay up to date on payroll regulations and Dayforce system updates.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Administrator, or similar role.
- Mandatory: Experience with Dayforce Ceridian software.
- Strong understanding of payroll procedures, tax laws, and federal/state regulations.
- High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
