What you will do as Painter Prep Associate:
- Review and understand project specifications
- Inspect for final prep, load, and unload paint and paint supplies, ensuring color and finish tolerances are met
- Monitor paint and supply inventories and notify Lead of replenishment needs
- Perform quality assurance checks throughout processes
- 1+ years of experience in industrial or auto body painting is preferred
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to execute on SOP, quality, and safety practices
- Knowledge of proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow effectively to accomplish deadlines
- Good communication skills
