We are seeking candidates for a Painting Prep Associate role on 1st shift working from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Compensation for this contract role is $18.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

What you'll do as the Paint Prep Associate:
- Perform all types of exterior and interior commercial painting work and surface preparation.
- Prepare various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, remove old caulking and caulk and prepare to paint with high attention to detail.
- Perform work with strict company and regulatory safety procedures at all times.
What you'll bring to the Paint Prep Associate role:
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others
- Have a desire to learn and grow within the company & industry
- Ability to successfully operate an automated electro-static paint equipment, tape, handheld paint gun, hoppers, booth collection system, computer, ovens, vacuum cleaner, color measurement equipment, light booth, and paint conveyor.
