Job Description
Seeking a new opportunity? Check out this role! Doherty Staffing is currently partnering with a leading supplier in the fabrication industry located in the Sauk Center, MN area. We are seeking candidates for Paint Line Worker roles on the 1st shift. The hours for this position are 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday. Compensation for these opportunities ranges between $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. No painting experience required! Interested? Read below for more information!

What you will do as a Paint Line Worker:
- Hang and remove parts of various sizes from the line
- Prepare parts by masking areas that need protection
- Ensure parts are securely packaged, labeled, and protected from damage
- Properly identify and tag each part to meet the quality standards
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues in a collaborative environment
- Strong attention to surroundings on the moving line for safety and efficiency
- Excellent time management skills and commitment to punctuality
- Positive attitude and great work ethic
- Able to lift and handle materials up to 60 pounds comfortably
