We are looking for candidates for Paint Finisher roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity ranges between $24.24-$27.73 per hour, depending on skills and experience. What a Paint Finisher will do:

What a Paint Finisher will do:
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to mix paint materials to the proper color and consistency
- Prepare surfaces and properly apply paint and other finishes to the surfaces of manufactured products, buildings, etc.
- Properly label and store paint and chemicals
- Clean, maintain, and store applicators, supplies, and materials
- Inspect finished surfaces for proper appearance and use to determine paint build thickness
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous hands-on experience using trade techniques and procedures
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and consistency #MankatoJobs
