What a Paint Assistant will do:
What a Paint Assistant will do:
- Manually move products and materials
- Use the overhead hoists
- Work in a team environment to identify and solve problems
- Attend and participate in company meetings
- Work at a reasonable pace and within quality standards to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Work safely following safety procedures, including wearing PPE, completing maintenance requests, and communicating hazards to coworkers and management
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Understanding of handheld tools such as but not limited to buffer, grinder, wire brush, overhead hoist, forklift, carts, and air tools
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
