Job Description
Are you seeking a new opportunity in the Brainerd area? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing and production company for this exciting employment opportunity in Brainerd, MN. We are seeking candidates for Packager positions on the 2nd shift. Compensation for these temp-to-hire roles is $14.75 per hour plus the opportunity to earn a packaging production bonus each day. What you’ll do as a Packager:
- Stack bags and boxes on pallets
- Work with a team to ensure product is packaged in an efficient, timely, quality manner
- Complete the setup and cleanup of the packaging area between packaging productions
- Check lot codes and use metal detection to ensure product quality standards are met
What you need to be a Packager:
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
- Forklift experience preferred but not required, training provided
