What a Packager will do:

What a Packager will do:
- Operate processing equipment to package pouch, bag, and bulk products efficiently
- Ensure the highest possible sanitation levels in assigned work and warehouse areas daily
- Accurately complete all assigned paperwork, including food safety, safety, and quality production reporting
- Perform routine checks and troubleshooting of packaging machinery
- Operate forklifts for various tasks within the packaging process
- 1+ years of related experience and/or training, preferably in food manufacturing with knowledge of GMP
- Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and perform data entry; some computer experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate good attendance, follow directions, and be detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
