Company Summary
This Company is a leading Electronic Manufacturing Supplier (EMS) specializing in the design and assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). As a contract manufacturer, this company prides itself on its ability to deliver high-quality products and services to clients. They are a small, dynamic company where teamwork and versatility are key to success.
What you will do as an Office Manager:
- Perform basic administrative tasks including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about our products and services
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and managing financial records
- Work with the sales team to assist in the preparation of quotes for potential projects
- Help set up jobs and write manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production
- Work closely with all departments to support various initiatives and projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or accounting role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in learning new skills and taking on diverse tasks
- Experience working for a manufacturing company
